Its function can be heating, heat preservation and cooling. It is a fully enclosed sanitary fermentation special equipment. Characteristics: All materials are made of imported 304, 1cr18Ni9Ti. 2、 Product classification of biological fermentation tank
Common fermentation tanks are divided into solid fermentation tanks and liquid fermentation tanks. The fermentation tank is divided into seed tank (strain fermentation tank) and fermentation tank according to its volume and purpose. Fermentation tanks can be divided into ventilated fermentation tanks and anaerobic fermentation tanks according to different types of oxygen demand. Material: 316L for the part contacting the liquid medicine, and 304 for the rest.
Design pressure: inner cylinder 0.25Mpa, jacket 0.33Mpa.
Roughness: internal surface mechanical polishing Ra ≤ 0.35, external surface upper and lower head mirror polishing, straight cylinder sandblasting matt treatment.
