Beer filling machine is used to fill beer at a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure, which can also be divided into two types: one is that the pressure in the liquid storage tank is equal to the pressure in the bottle, and the beer is filled by the weight of the liquid flowing into the bottle, which is called isobaric filling; The other is that the pressure in the liquid storage tank is higher than the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by the pressure difference. This method is often used in high-speed production lines. This type of beer filling machine is suitable for filling liquid containing gas, such as beer, soda, champagne, etc.
Work flow of beer filling machine:
The process of the beer filling machine is generally as follows: the boxes containing empty bottles are stacked on the pallets, transported by the conveyor belt to the tray unloader, and the pallets are unloaded one by one. The boxes are transported to the box unloader along with the conveyor belt, and the empty bottles are taken out of the boxes. The empty boxes are sent to the box washer through the conveyor belt, cleaned, and then transported to the side of the packing machine, so that the bottles containing drinks can be loaded into them. The empty bottles taken out from the unloader are sent to the bottle washing machine by another conveyor belt for disinfection and cleaning. After being inspected by the bottle inspection machine and meeting the cleaning standards, they enter the filling machine and capping machine. Drinks are bottled by the filling machine. The bottles filled with drinks are sealed by the capping machine and transported to the labeling machine for labeling. After labeling, the bottles are sent to the packing machine for loading into the box, and then sent to the palletizing machine for stacking on the tray and sent to the warehouse.
Use, maintenance and installation of beer filling machine
1. Because the filling machine is an automatic machine, the size of the easy-to-pull bottle, bottle pad and bottle cap should be unified.
2. Before driving, you must first turn the machine with the crank handle to see if there is any abnormality in its rotation, and then you can drive it after confirming that it is normal.
3. When adjusting the machine, the tools should be used properly. It is forbidden to use too large tools or use too much force to disassemble parts to avoid damaging the machine parts or affecting the machine performance.
4. Every time the machine is adjusted, the loosened screws must be tightened, and the machine can be started only after turning the handle to see if its action meets the requirements.
5. The machine must be kept clean. It is forbidden to have oil dirt, liquid medicine or glass debris on the machine to avoid damage and corrosion. Therefore, it is necessary to:
(1) During the production process of the machine, the liquid medicine or glass debris shall be removed in time.
(2) Before shift handover, each part of the machine surface shall be cleaned once, and clean lubricating oil shall be added to each activity department.
(3) Large scrubbing should be carried out once a week, especially the places that are not easy to be cleaned in normal use should be scrubbed or blown with compressed air.
Disinfection and washing of beer filling machine:
1. Unscrew the upper and lower set screws, remove the liquid injection system for overall disinfection, or disassemble for disinfection and cleaning respectively.
2. Place the liquid inlet pipe in the cleaning solution and start cleaning.
3. The 500ml model may have errors in actual filling, until it is measured with a measuring cylinder before formal filling.
4. The syringe is used for filling machine, the standard 5ml or 10ml syringe is used for Type 10, the 20ml glass filler is used for Type 20, and the 100ml glass filler is used for Type 100.
Precautions for installation of beer filling machine:
1. After unpacking the machine, first check whether the accompanying technical data are complete and whether the machine is damaged during transportation, so as to solve the problem in time.
2. Install and adjust the feed assembly and discharge assembly according to the outline drawing in this manual.
3. Apply new lubricating oil to each lubricating point.
4. Turn the machine with the crank to check whether the machine is running in the correct direction (counterclockwise direction facing the motor spindle), and the machine must be grounded.
