Cocktail filling machine equipment belongs to full-automatic high-precision filling equipment. Cocktail filling machine is mainly applicable to the production of various kinds of fruit wine, cocktails, pre-mixed wine, mixed wine and other gas-containing (carbonic acid) wine filling lines. It is a three-in-one filling production line, which can realize bottle washing, filling and capping on one machine, and is a full-automatic filling production.
Working principle of cocktail filling machine:
This series of filling machines generally maintain a certain filling pressure in the storage tank. When the container to be filled enters the filling machine, the container is inflated first. When the pressure in the container is consistent with the pressure in the storage tank, that is, the self-weight of the liquid is filled through the open filling valve. During the filling process, the gas in the container should be smoothly exported and returned to the storage tank or gas chamber. When the liquid level in the container reaches the specified position, the filling valve will stop filling.
Features of cocktail filling machine:

1. The cocktail filling machine adopts the flexible and powerful manipulator to grasp the bottle, turn over the bottle, wash the bottle, control the bottle, turn over and reset the bottle, and discharge the bottle, realizing the full automatic production.

4. The filling part adopts cylinder lifting mode. Before filling, it shall be positioned on the neck of the screen of the lifting mechanism of the filling machine by hanging the bottle mouth. After filling, the lifting mechanism will descend again to make the operation more stable. In addition, a centering device is added in the filling valve to ensure accurate filling.
5. The capping machine adopts vibration capping to ensure that the bottle cap is not damaged.
