First, KIWL blowing machine includes billet feeding system, heating system, blowing system, auxiliary equipment and control system.
1. Billet feeding system
The billet supply system is a set of PET bottles from disorder to order arrangement and movement system, the billet in the elevator from the hopper into the guide rail, due to the shape of the billet itself, so that the billet tail up, head down, and under the action of its own gravity slide forward. Some of the billets that fail to fall into the guide rail return to the hopper through the recovery conveyor belt under the action of the kick billet device. In this way, the remaining preforms in the guide rail are arranged in an orderly manner and enter the heating system under the action of their own gravity.
2, the heating system
The role of the heating system: to heat the billet, so that it is easy to obtain the plasticity of pressure processing. The heating system consists of a lamp tube, a reflector, a blast device, a cooling device, etc. The far infrared light tube in the oven radiates the billet. Due to the presence of the reflective sheet, both sides of the billet are heated at the same time, and the billet rotates while moving forward, making the heating more uniform. The blower in the oven circulates heat to the system, so that the temperature in the oven is uniform. The role of the cooling device is to cool the mouth of the bottle so that the size of the mouth of the bottle is stable. To get a good product, it is very important to heat this process, to ensure that the heating temperature is appropriate and the bottle is heated evenly. If the temperature is too high, the bottle may appear coke, white fog, too thin or even crack; If the temperature is too low, it may cause the bottle to accumulate locally, turn white or even break. If the temperature is not uniform, it may cause the bottle to deform or even break.
3 Blow the bottle system
The blowing system is mainly composed of a stretching device, a pre-blowing device, a blowing device and an exhaust device. The bottle blank is mechanically stretched under the action of the drawing bar, and pre-blown at the same time of stretching, so that the bottle takes shape and then blows the bottle, and finally the exhaust takes out the bottle. The main function of pre-blowing is to make the material evenly distributed, easy to blow the bottle, the shape of the pre-blowing bottle directly determines the difficulty of the blow molding process and the performance of the bottle, the normal shape of the pre-blowing bottle is spindle.
4, auxiliary equipment
The auxiliary equipment of the KIWL14 bottle blowing machine is the mold temperature machine and the bottle mouth detection equipment.
The mold temperature machine is used to transport a certain temperature of water to the mold, which is heated by the heat exchanger, and then pumped to the mold. There are two main functions of the mold temperature machine:
(1) Used to maintain the mold constant temperature and maintain the stability of the product
(2) Used to cool the bottle
The brief working principle of the bottle mouth detection equipment: the light emitted by the light source in the digital camera is illuminated to the bottle mouth and reflected to the chip, the light is converted to voltage by the chip, and the voltage is converted to the corresponding brightness value after processing by the CPU, thus forming an image. If there is a defect in the bottle mouth, the brightness value of the defect and the brightness value of other points around the defect exceeds the set value, by comparison, it can be determined that this point is a defect, when the defect point exceeds the set value, it is determined that the bottle is bad, the bottle will be ejected.
5, control the system
KIWL14 control system is mainly composed of PLC, contactor relay system, industrial computer and application software. The industrial computer controls the PLC, and then the PLC controls the contactor relay system, and finally the contactor relay system drives the corresponding actuator.

Second, the blowing process description
Preform → heating → transfer tray into mold → stretch pre-blow → blow → exhaust → finished bottle
1 bottle of billet: supplied by the billet injection machine after billet injection
2 Heating: The billet is heated through the lamp tube, divided into 14 heating zones. Each heating zone has 9 lamps, (the number of lamps is set according to the height of the bottle). The first 7 heating zones are penetration furnaces, and the last 7 are distribution furnaces.
3 Rotary plate into the mold: the mold temperature is generally about 65℃, the mold temperature depends on the water temperature machine to heat the water to about 65℃ into the mold, and the mold is heated.
4 Stretch pre-blowing: stretch and pre-blowing two steps at the same time, the stretch mainly depends on the stretch rod stretch, pull the bottle billet to a certain extent. Pre-blowing is done by pre-blowing the preform through a low pressure of 8-13bar.
5 Blow the bottle: Blow the bottle through a high pressure of 36-40bar.
6 Exhaust: Remove the high pressure air from the mold.

Third, the main test items of the bottle
Weight, cold capacity, top pressure, outer diameter of the bottle body (shoulder diameter, bottle diameter, heel diameter, bottom ring diameter), bottle height, bottle opening specifications, thickness (upper shoulder thickness, middle shoulder thickness, side wall thickness, heel thickness, thickness near the bottom center), drop performance and appearance.
Appearance: The main bottle mouth end face flat, complete thread, flash, support ring intact, coke, sticky mold, scratch and scrape, bubbles, water marks, white fog, color, pollution and unclean, molding intact without stiff material, sag, flip out, rupture, bottom core offset and so on.
