Fault 15: the disc does not turn

Use a multimeter ACV250 to measure the voltage at both ends of the AC contact coil. If it is 0, then measure the voltage between the upper end of the AC contactor coil and the thermal relay (96). If it is 220V, it indicates that the thermal relay is damaged or overloaded
Fault 16: alarm sounds
Cause: The main motor current is too large, thermal relay overload current protection power off
Troubleshooting method: check the motor fault or adjust the thermal relay overload current
Fault 17: air switch adjustment
Cause: 1, fire line and voltage regulator circuit short circuit 2, motor burned out
Troubleshooting method :1, if the switch is switched off, first turn off the heating air switch, and then close, if jump again, it shows that the main line has a short circuit grounding, one by one to close the air switch, when a jump, it shows that the air switch a voltage regulator circuit has a problem, and then check one by one 2, if the start motor is tripped, it shows that the motor branch has a problem.
Fault 18: the light tube is not bright
Reasons: 1, the voltage regulator circuit is damaged 2, the lamp filament is broken 3, the thyristor is damaged or broken 4, the lamp is broken
Elimination method :1, use a multimeter ACV250 file to measure the voltage at both ends of the lamp tube 2, if there is 220V, the lamp filament is broken, remove, use a multimeter R×1 file review 3, if it is "0" to check the corresponding voltage regulator circuit, first test whether there is voltage output, and then test whether there is voltage input, if there is no output, Generally thyristor damage or potentiometer welding off 4, when adjusting the potentiometer, the indicator light and dark change, can indicate that the thyristor intact, concluded that the lamp is broken.
Fault 19: the drawing rod fails to rise and return to the original position after opening the mold
Reasons: 1, the magnetic pole switch position is too low, the piston of the cylinder has not passed the magnetic pole switch after the drawing rod reaches the bottom of the drawing position. 2, the drawing rod stretching speed is too fast.
Elimination method :1, first manually lift the stretching rod in position, and then adjust the magnetic pole switch to a higher position to ensure that the magnetic pole switch can sense the piston when the stretching rod reaches the bottom of the stretching rod. 2, tighten the screw of the unidirectional throttle valve joint under the stretching cylinder clockwise, reduce the speed of the stretching rod decline, pay attention to the effect of blowing the bottle after changing the speed of the stretching rod. The time setting of "delay blowing" can be appropriately adjusted to cooperate with, and the ideal effect of beginning to blow when the stretching rod reaches the bottom of the bottle can be achieved.
Fault 20: The clamping cylinder makes a grinding sound
Cause: The bottom movable connecting rod of the clamping cylinder lacks lubricating oil
Elimination method: Combine the bottom moving connecting rod of the die cylinder with lubricating oil
Fault 21: explosion sound in the mold when blowing
Reasons: 1, the sealing pressure is not enough 2, the sealing gasket is cracked or lost 3, the sealing solenoid valve failure 4, the mold is opened without safe exhaust pressure relief 5, the power failure in the middle 6, the silencer is blocked by dust
Elimination method :1, the area of the sealing cylinder surface to increase the sealing pressure, or increase the sealing action pressure, but be careful not to exceed 10KG/CM2 2, replace the sealing gasket 3, check the sealing solenoid valve 4, eliminate the exhaust valve failure, or increase the delay opening time, or check whether the clamping bending device is faulty. 5, improve the power supply system 6, clean the silencer with diesel oil
Fault 22: Germ tube does not spin
Reasons: 1, the fuse is burnt 2, the rotation motor fault 3, the embryo tube seat bearing is damaged 4, the governor fault
Troubleshooting method :1, replace the fuse 2, check whether the chain of the rotation motor is too tight, or there are other faults 3, replace the bearing 4, check whether the governor is normal
The closing pin shaft is broken
Cause: the connecting rod, the bending arm and the outside Angle of the die closing cylinder are less than 180 degrees, the die closing speed is too fast or the middle rotating screw sleeve fastening nut is not tightened and colliding the middle cylinder fork block.
Solution: Adjust the distance, so that the Angle of the closing cylinder is greater than 180 degrees, but it is required not to expand the mold when blowing the bottle (refers to the distance between the connecting rod is not adjusted well when blowing the bottle, so the mold is separated from the high-pressure gas, which will not only affect the capacity of the product, but also directly affect the product quality).
The oil mist is blocked
Cause: the machine has not been started for a long time, the oil is too thick.
Solution: Change the oil and clean the oil mist.
Burst butter pipe
Cause: forced oil when there is air in the butter tube, the screw on the sealing ring is too tight, and the butter becomes hard when it is not turned on for a long time.
Solution: Force light pressure, with oil and butter dilution of the lubricating oil.
Solenoid valve plugging
Cause: compressed air is not clean, no lubricating oil or long time oil-free work leads to seal wear.
Solution: Change the sealing ring, disassemble the solenoid valve and clean it with alcohol.
Cylinder seal burst
Cause: compressed air is not clean, there are impurities in the cylinder or dry friction without oil for a long time.
Solution: Replace the new sealing ring.
After pressing the seal button in the semi-automatic state, the machine does not fit the mold
Cause: the electric eye of the mold closing is not set, and the intermediate relay of the mold closing solenoid valve is burned out.
Solution: Correct the closing eye and replace the new relay switch.
The blow molding machine leaks air at the seal when blowing
Cause: the seal ring is broken, the sealing cylinder or the sealing cap is loose.
Solution: Replace the diameter of 26×1.65 sealing ring, tighten the sealing cap and fix it.
The blowing machine stretches the rod faster and slower when blowing the bottle
Cause: the operating air pressure is less than 8kgf/cm2, the tension piston ring is loose resulting in air leakage resistance affecting the speed of the stretch rod, and the dry friction of the cylinder is oil-free lubrication.
Solution: Check the air source (air compressor), replace the sealing ring, and add special oil to the cylinder to ensure lubrication.
There is leakage in the small hole of the high pressure regulator
Causes: 1, open the gas supply switch when the opening speed is too fast 2, the high pressure valve core is bad 3, the gas path is not clean, resulting in too much internal oil.
Solution: 1, turn off the air supply switch, exhaust the compressed gas, and then screw the pressure regulator to the loosest, and then ventilate the pressure again. 2, turn off the air supply switch, exhaust the compressed gas, and then the pressure regulator to the loosest, unscrew the pressure regulator, clean with alcohol, install it after cleaning, and then ventilate the pressure again. 3. Replace the high pressure spool.
The blowing machine has the phenomenon of exploding mold when blowing the bottle
Causes: 1, stretching and sealing of the gas pipe mixed. 2. The bending arm connecting rod is not adjusted well.
Solution: 1, check the air pipe, the wrong air pipe exchange 2, generally this situation is caused by the slightly tight bend arm adjustment, must be re-adjusted
