The semi-automatic bottle blowing machine is applicable to the production of polyester (PET) edible oil bottles, beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetics bottles, pesticide bottles, medicine bottles and polypropylene (PP), polycarbonate (PC), PMMA, PS and other high-temperature resistant packaged products. This model has the advantages of stable operation, low power consumption, wide applicability, reasonable structure and convenient maintenance.
The semi-automatic bottle blowing machine can blow up to 10L containers, and is suitable for blowing edible oil bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetics bottles, large-diameter bottles and other packaging containers of any shape with PET-PE plastic as raw material.
Machine features:
1. Adopt advanced microcomputer control system, with stable performance;
2. The infrared light tube is used for heating, with strong penetration, the bottle preform is heated by rotation, and the track rotates, heating is uniform, fast and reliable;
3. The lamp tube in the heating zone, the width and height of the heating zone can be adjusted to suit the heating of the preforms with different structures, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying channel;;
4. Each action is driven by air cylinder without oil pump, which has the advantages of no pollution and low noise;
5. Adopt double-curved arm connecting rod to lock the mold, with strong locking force and automatic compensation of mold thickness.
